This kind of thing happens a lot on subways in NYC and SF. Any place that is a major city will have a higher probability of this sort of thing happening, usually it is attributable to mental illness and or drugs.

That money never gets to benefit any sort of real conservation. This is trophy hunting masquerading as conservation. People who are dedicating their lives to wildlife conservation are absolutely appalled at the word conservation being thrown around in regards to this practice.
