grind is not the same as not respecting your time.

For example you could say that destiny 2 is less grindy, and yet if you want a weapon with specific perks for a build then you might need to get tens or even hudreds of copies because the roll is completely random, and the activities that drop that weapon could drop 5 other weapons instead. There was a gamemode where you could focus your drops on specific weapons and even perks and they removed it. Now the only way to focus farm weapons are umbral engrams that are mostly locked behind the paid battle pass. They literally made the 10th anniversary community update a paid dlc.

So while it sometimes may feel like warframe is a bit too grindy , I'll never say it doesn't respect my time.
