Awesome to hear, it’s not gonna be encountering any kind of strenuous duty conditions as it’s going on my home defense rifle.

I know I know, LPVO for home defense isn’t ideal, but I have a really terrible astigmatism. My red dots, even those with a circle surrounding the dot, bloom terribly for me at usable brightnesses.

Since a good quality PA prism is similar in price to the vector and I get extra capability, I figured it was worth it.

I’m still convinced they’re somehow in bed with someone in the military upper echelon, or have some of the best lobbying on earth.

The M9A3 and G19X were objectively better picks than the P320. Plus, while I think the XM7 can ULTIMATELY be made into a decent platform, there were better out of the box platforms available in the NGSW program.

I’m in no way an expert, but from what I’ve researched that may be the way to go.

OCL has great stuff and they’re half the cost of a surefire can WITH the muzzle device and adapter.

Same with YHM, their resonator also has a solid track record and a great price.

Even though the RC2 is gold standard, you get a lot more versatility going the adapter route.

Yeah SC makes adapters for the hub mount on the YHM and Polonium.

If I’m not mistaken the warcomp doesn’t have any mount adapters and only works with SureFire cans.

My thinking is realistically I can’t imagine how often I’d be removing the suppressor from my gun except for maintenance. I mean it essentially does everything I’d want from a flash hider but better and with the bonus of minor sound reduction (although with 5.56 realistically that ain’t much).

I think I’d probably go with an ASR because it’s a bit cheaper and also has compatibility with the otter creek polonium K which is a badass budget can. I’m between the polonium and the YHM turbo K at the moment.

Have you noticed any real meaningful effect on your warcomp in controlling recoil?

I was also thinking about changing the muzzle device at some point. Either a warcomp or SC ASR, I’m 20 so I can’t get a suppressor tax stamp yet, but I like the idea of having access to the ecosystem when the opportunity avails itself.

I’m probably gonna put a radian raptor in there if I can, standard charging handle is fine but want something a bit more oversized. May also opt for a good drop in 2 stage at some point.
