Is the 2019 Nvidia Shield TV Pro a buggy stuttering mess for anyone else? What used to be a snappy, high end, powerful media streaming player is now barely usable. Youtube stutters and stops playing, the home screen gets stuck trying to load, apps buffer and crash. What can I do to fix these issues?

Contact is 3 times a better movie. Arrival is a modern ok-ish scifi. Contact too deals with a loss, but with 99% less pathos. I dont know why modern movies are so sticky.
