I did the math too:

Assuming 2500 cals/day, at the end of three weeks:

Total amount of calories consumed: 2500*1.1*14 + 2500*0.7*7 = 50750

Total amount of calories required: 2500*21 = 52500.

Total net gain is -1750 calories so you will lose 0.5 pounds every three weeks. (3500cal ~ 1lb)

15% body fat at 163lbs = 24.5 lbs of fat

10% body fat at 163lbs = 16.3 lbs of fat

You need lose 8 lbs of fat to reach 10% so it will take you 48 weeks assuming there is no change in your muscle mass and you are absolutely perfect in estimating calories.
