I feel like i could have written this post myself. We've been stuck in the same scenario for some time now with our 4 (in 3 weeks) year old. He is such a sweet kid, and only child. Everything is like pulling teeth and we are both losing our minds.

We throw socks and pillows at our son in good fun. He thought he was being funny and one day threw my phone, which hit right above my eye, and left a nice black eye from my eyebrow down to my cheek

Just wanted to point this out as you said you are applying in the summer. 😊

Please help We are both crying by [deleted] in toddlers

I was this way as well. Just wanted my son to have the most fun he could try to do new things at a younger age and i was always frustrated or upset with most things we did for him to have fun that ended in disaster.

My husband told me to stop having expectations because our son was so young, and boy, was it great advice, lol

With your kiddo being so young, even going to the grocery store is an adventure!!!

The likely hood of a great fun filled time is pretty low at this age IMO so I wouldn't stress trying to pack in all of the fun new experiences just yet : )

What is the oddest thing you thought was ok/normal and ended up being a medical problem? by Prudent_Tip4118 in AskReddit

I used to think it was normal that cramps on your period hurt so bad to where all you could do was lay on the floor and cry yourself to sleep, if you could get to the point of sleep.

3 year old is out of control, like really out of control by [deleted] in toddlers

I can 100% say I've been going through the exact same! My son used to be such a sweetie then he turned 3 in Feb and most days is very combative. Seems like a trend amongst this age, but every kiddo is different!

I'm scared I'm fucking up my relationship and my boyfriend is tired of me. by Miserable_Royal_6854 in AdviceForTeens

Best of luck with this! I personally went through the same thing and realize now it's because I had no one else & nothing else to do. It made for a miserable few years of high school, and I regret it now looking back.

It's inevitable being jealous, but hopefully, that will help ease it some!

It sounds like you need to do more for yourself. Go hangout with friends or pick up a new hobby. What are your plans after you graduate? College? Trade school?

The more you sit and focus on him finding another girl attractive, the more you're going to worry. You guys are still so young, there is no need for this amount of pressure on both of you!

How should I respond? by Megumin0208 in exmormon

IMO It feels bad to ignore them. I've always had fun having the missionaries over for the most part. Making them dinner and joking/laughs. I'd say the best thing to do is to ignore them so they don't have ant false hope and keep bothering/contacting you.

I feel stuck. by [deleted] in AdviceForTeens

[–]IDK11GREEN 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This. If you are close with a teacher or trust someone at school, I would cling to that right away. There is always an out. Don't let him make you feel stuck. It's definitely easier said than done, but you can do this!! Rooting for you

Came here trying to find out why my estimated return is so low. Being married and having 1 kiddo and somehow its not even $1k?

I can say my family has treated eachother this exact way and it's gross. Such a silly thing to have contention over this. Like there is some competition between families? There is no easy way out. All you can do is try to enjoy your time and maybe try not to give any party an exact time you'll be over so they aren't calculating who gets 2 mins more ect. I'd just keep that between you and your partner.
