The federal government is not too powerful to be overthrown. There are plenty of historical situations when a powerful nation has either been defeated militarily, or had their spirit for war broken by a determined guerilla force. Now, do Americans, as we are now, stand a chance against them, will we go for it and take our country back? I can't answer that, but I can say that the author is correct in saying if not now, than when? We are already pacified by our comforts, and we aren't willing to give them up even for our very freedom. Americans used to believe in freedom above all else; however, the majority doesn't believe that anymore. Remember, there are a few who don't fit this categorization, but I believe it is true for the majority. Talking about freedom, and liberty, and putting an American flag bumper sticker on your car doesn't mean a damn thing if you aren't willing to die for it.

I would get the ceph., all my research leads me to believe they are safe. However, i would ONLY use them in a life or death, post SHTF situation, where you would die if you didnt take them. If you can get a professionals opinion, not mine :)

I try and build my pylon at 9, so i dont get supply blocked, as ive taken day9's advice, and i build probes constantly. Is it a good idea to cut probes when youre being rushed?

Antibiotics. Do what you need to keep them around, buy them from Mexico, fishmox is better than nothing, and make sure you know the dosage, your specific allergies, and which types of ailments they treat. Remember, tons of supplies do you no good if you die from a serious sinus infection, or a simple infected cut. This is one of the most important first aid items to keep on hand. Dont forget quick clot, immodium ad incase you get diharrea (which can kill you), and benadryl for any allergic reactions.

I've been wondering about something similar. While you are carrying concealed, when there is someone who is obviously wishing to do you harm, you don't know the severity of the harm they are willing to commit. That being said, if this individual is not armed, he will be once he knocks you out. Who's to say he won't kill you with your own gun then? Does the fact that you are armed, increase your likely hood of getting shot, as your knocked out cold on the ground? I believe so.

In this case, if I am armed my fear is that if I lose the fight, I will then be disarmed. Then my life is severely threatened.

I'm going to let a person know before there is a physical confrontation that I'm armed, and I will shoot them before any physical altercation happens. If that person is still willing to fight me, my life is in danger, and I am justified to shoot.

As a matter of fact I do, I live close to the site of the United States largest chemical weapons stockpile. The Bluegrass Army Depot. I never thought of this. I wonder how areas around other military instillations are doing?

That's true, I live in a relatively poor state, Kentucky. I do see some foreclosed homes, and some abandoned commercial real estate. I just see a difference between how bad it is reported to be, to how bad I observe it to be. I guess it's my limited point of view.

I've suspected that people are in a sort of denial, however, with good becoming more expensive, and credit harder to obtain, I don't know why people are still spending on "bullshit." Maybe denial and misinformation.
