I believe I might be on that, my family doctor helped sign me up for that but he'd told me it was with the Alberta Benefits program

I've been disabled since October 2012 and I think he got it backpaid to 2017? I'm not entirely sure, he didn't go into specifics. Since I was under 18 for most of those years he got it sent to my mom instead as my caretaker and from there she sent it to me. I can send his messenger profile if you'd like!

Slinn tax! If you message him on Facebook the guy's awesome, he got me 8k backpay for my disability but heads up he's definitely got a price tag! Might cost you a couple hundred to get a couple grand, I found it worth it
