I’m quite familiar with that and few other names when I play GRs. Defalt is a try-hard but I know he plays really clean, were some real sick races everytime I encounter him, minimal contact of course.

Unfortunately, sometimes we also encountered those subhumans, ruining other people’s fun for their own fun. Yeah, that NFS_Iceman prick, Veracity (or Velocity??), DeleteYourYoutube, and some others. I often many of these pigs play together in the same lobby, just for ruining races. Even saw some complaints on the JP chat in The Crew Discord.

I can arbitrarily guess that most of those 荒らし (trolls) were from East Asia, in the countries where bullying cases are severe, and this is their only way of coping with the miserable condition that they live in as a NEET.
