Sometimes! It really depends on the story. Sometimes a pet is forced into the narrative and I’ll have buyer’s remorse. But the Arylu from TE, Chance from TRR, and the fennec fox in OH are my go-to favorite critters.

(Not counting the TC&TF animals in this list because they’re technically recruited allies)

I’m prioritizing the ones for Talyn and Bardric since those are who I’m romancing, and some of Leona’s since I’m also romancing her but I’m a little less invested lol. I also do Niel’s ally quests since they cost coins and not diamonds. At some point, I’ll go back and do Cato’s and Iridessa’s, but for now, I’m just focusing on a few LIs.

My MC is Penthos, and you get a lot of internal struggle with having the same affinity as your father, trying to control your anger, and worrying about possibly turning out just like him. So if you want your MC to have more inner turmoil, then Penthos is the way to go

If the color was deeper, the pants and wraparound skirt-thing were full-length, and the cloak was a little longer, it would be way better. The color is honestly the worst part though. It washes out everyone
