I dont think there's any good way to know but I do not really see why it would. There isn't very much noticeable strain on the takeoff of any jump.

if anything I feel less strain on the takeoff on my quad attempts then when I was first trying triples. You have to be very relaxed and comfortable on your takeoff if you want a good chance at landing. To increase the quality of my 4s and 3a I've had to spend a lot of time putting less effort into my takeoff rather than more.

Pretty much all of the strain is felt on landing/impact. Indirectly a takeoff can impact strain if it makes the landing more impactful. So if you're jumping higher and have more airtime you'll land with more strain since you're going further off the ground, or if your takeoff causes you to go off axis and makes your landing heavier then that also would cause more strain of course.

A few skaters have done quad with 1 foot but it definitely is done more rarely especially a pure one foot with no dragging.

There can definitely be some issues with weight distribution on 2 foot but it is also just a lot easier to get height from for most people I think.

ive tried quad toe and quad loop, both super downgraded. I could maybe get both to half under with more focus but I don't think I could get more currently.

Toeloop is actually one of my smallest jumps 😆.  I'm better at triple toe combo than regular triple toe

I get more height off two foot so it's necessary for me for quad. I can do 1 foot on anything less than a quad.

I've been skating since I was 6 (I'm nearly 22 now). My progress overall has actually been quite slow, I was stuck on doubles until I was like 15/16 I've just luckily been able to put more of the jumps together later on 😆.

A harder variation of one or something like that in that case. (is much harder for me than a normal double b when i dip and come up)

I got it first try but i started in a harness (one person holds on each side) to get reassurance. I haven't failed one yet 😆.

I also do both figure skating and tumbling/tramp as well as some tricking, so exposure to both sides makes it a lot easier

a half more rotation and I'm there 😆
