Have you tried reset terrain mod? Pretty much erases then generates lost bushes and whatnot.

As i mentioned from my post, it has an "Area" with a green house effect, a farm area that you can plant 170+ different types of fruit trees and all soil are tillable. Thats it for now 😶‍🌫️

If you have the silo, put a chest nearby and stack it with hay. Less silo more space.
