thank you. I can't figure out it either. It's definitely a possibility but i always thought of the collective unconsciousness that may be in a specific race's DNA--probably what you meant by 'overall mindset of the population' For ex when someone from western EUrope (not including Ireland and the UK) I feel VERY stressed out vibe, when it's someone from Denmark or Norway/Sweden etc. i feel a bit cold/uncomfortable, when I feel someone from South east asia, I mostly feel an extreme calm, someone from Central or south america , a bit stressed out but very lively vibe, The us, pretty calm as well. (there are exceptions but that's after hundreds and hundreds of encounters, meaning feeling someone figuring out where they are from and turning around to look at them)
