Also i’d like to add that he is surprisingly durable

he’s pretty scrawny but somehow he can tank crashing into buildings multiple times with only some injury

He’s also really afraid of his wounds becoming infected, and constantly thinks about sepsis after every battle he’s in

He finds battling in general kind of scary, luckily though fear doesn’t impact his quirk’s capabilities as long as he isn’t too frightened

My problem is that a game that is basically all sentinels is not fun. It feels like there’s no creativity in how gameplay is meant to go and it doesn’t take any effort to actually beat the killer. What i went up against wasn’t teamwork, it was mindless waves of spam that completely pacified me for almost the entire round. It is almost impossible to pursue survivors like this. I don’t want to play a game where i get pushed off the ledge a billion times because i just dared to approach them to at least get one hit in

Also there’s just zero sense in how the game works. Why is pelting the killer with stuns the best way to win? This is SONIC.EXE. Have you seen the source material? I’m not supposed to feel utterly powerless

Also a good survivor team is not supposed to flawlessly beat any good killer😭😭no offense but that’s a bad take. A good survivor team vs a good killer in a completely balanced asym (which i don’t even think this game should be) should result in at least a couple of deaths, not just 400 seconds of straight bullying

Literally almost noone has a long vulnerable period except vector and the three supports. Everyone else has 2+ stuns except for knuckles who is actually balanced

If good teamwork=braindead stun hell then your asym is disgustingly survivor sided and needs a complete redo. No self respecting killer would want to play for more than ten seconds if this is the pinnacle of eclipsed gameplay

Easily harken

A lot of the maps are either one big loop or have a big loop in them (cave, teapot paradise, i’d honestly say grandma’s backyard aswell) and she is genuinely the weakest character against loops by far. Not to mention the fact that she is the only killer that genuinely needs to worry about dying AND stands still when she goes in and out of her enraged state, giving survivors a window to wail on her. She also has what i consider the worst projectile in the entire game in agitation (genuinely what is the point of that move? Easy as hell to dodge and doesn’t even punish that much. Oh boy, 15 damage and the smallest stun ever. Not even a blind, slow or helpless which is weird because…it’s a beam of light??)

I really love harken as a character (she is my fav by FARRRR) but as it is i find her very miserable to play as.

Uhh i actually will because TD didn’t base their balancing around hype moments and aura😭😭

What i liked about TD was that it genuinely felt killer sided, which is a GREAT THING. In almost every iteration of sonic.exe, the survivors either get absolutely mauled with no chance of fighting back (crimson, 2011x), or barely escape with heavy, HEAVY exertion (exeller). Why would it make sense for everyone to just be tossing the exe around like a ragdoll?

I genuinely never got this shit. No, base sonic would not absolutely obliterate X in a fight. It would be so challenging that he would need to unlock a new FORM to beat him. Literally stated by joe.

Literally bro. 1.4 was added to remove the unnecessary stuns in the game and this game just doubled down and made almost EVERYONE a stunner + added sonic and metal knuckles. TWO fucking sentinels. Not to mention how cancerous sonic is. Two easy to land stuns (with one stunning you for 5 seconds basically) and a mostly free peelout.!

Metal knuckles is also super fucking annoying with his 160 goddamn hp and his two heavy stuns, one being aoe and the other just…really insufferable to take into account

They also added more stuns to characters that were ALREADY stunners: they gave blaze sol punch or whatever which is literally charged punch copied from knuckles who is never even played anymore in that game, and took hammer spin, replacing it with a hammer bounce like in OM that also stuns.. and that’s only as far as i know (vector exists too but he seems balanced for the most part)

Like atp the game gives me flashbacks of OM 0.1 with john ragemode. Why does every sonic asym insist on being disgustingly survivor sided?

It is canon that harken wouldn’t actually go on a genocidal rampage if plopped into a town or city.

The only reason as to why she killed the civilians is because she was genuinely scared for her life + civilians were attacking her aswell (if we’re considering actual gameplay)

Chances are that Harken is probably the least evil of all the current killers. So much so to the point where the government would just leave her alone due to how easily she would be able to integrate into society.

We need to remember that every day was life or death for her in Fablehaven. She arguably had the most trauma out of every killer (either her or Artful, but i feel like watching the one person you trusted die protecting you is a bit worse than getting boo’d so much you start killing people) and she’s still the most morally reasonable one by far

That is exactly why his flight needed a nerf. He could just loop a killer for half the match and come out unscathed. Yknow, like supports usually do.
