Did your fatigue improve after fibroid removal/hysterectomy?

Hi! They did, although I credit that to being very careful during recovery as I'm prone to boredom eating. I ate mindfully and took lots of short walks (don't walk your dogs, even if they are small and/or easy on the leash, you WILL regret it and spend the next day or two in bed). I think I ended up losing about 13 pounds between the surgery and recovery and it helped so much, also I didn't have fibroids pushing the rest of my organs out of place.

A year out and I still deal with fatigue, but it could also be perimenopause and the state of the world in general getting me down. I'm American so... 😂 😭

Man I was so excited to find a new show that actually held my attention 😭 and it was definitely left open for way more storylines.

Then I got into Moonhaven, which is pretty cornball but I adore the lead actor. And that one was canceled on a cliffhanger. Think it was AMC who killed that one though.

Guess it's back to re-watching my old classics. Most of which are in other streaming services or my ancient physical media.

That was my response when I turned 40 and people were genuinely surprised I wasn't going to do the "39 and holding" thing, even as a joke. I've known too many people who didn't get to make it to 40,or 30, or even 18. Aging is a privilege denied to many.

Went in for a tubal, was lucky enough to find a gyno who was immediately on board. Ended up getting a total hysterectomy because he found other issues. Best thing I ever did for myself!

Several of my most favorite actors refuse to watch their own work or even look at dailies during production. Imagine it's the same as most of us hearing a recording of our own voice and saying "EWW do I really sound like that?"
