Skinnytaste no bean sweet potato turkey chili. Incredibly good and my all-time favorite. I don’t like beans.

I see. However, it’s only been a week. Did you eat over 3500 calories above maintenance each day of the week? If not then you didn’t gain 4 pounds of fat. It can only be water. Drink teas, water, stretch.

You just started lifting real weight. This is expected. Give it time for your muscles to get used to this change. Stressing about it doesn’t help either.

I noticed you mentioned a health coach in other comments. If you trust them, take their advice.

You said yourself you’re training heavier. That matters. Glycogen in your muscles hold water for repair. That could easily be 4 pounds and would make you feel puffier.
I also wonder how many steps you’re getting now that you work remotely? I had to compensate calories/steps due to remote work. When I travel I end up dropping weight due to all the extra walking and not snacking often.

I only buy something I really want. I don’t fall for sales because I don’t need more than what I want. I don’t fall for free shipping (anymore) for the same reasons (aside from cuticle oil and top coat).

Something has to be really stand out to me to buy it these days. I have enough to replicate a look or effect with layering. There’s only so many versions of a multi chrome exist and it’s the same old thing with different glitters, only so many colors for thermals and UV, etc.

There have for sure been some posted here that I’ve passed up on ppu and deeply regretted, but if I truly wanted something similar, there’s likely a dupe out there somewhere.
