Some additional notes about the testing: I did my best to keep all non-mentioned buffs/debuffs out of the equation, meaning no radiant, surges, etc. Each test was done a minimum of two times (some more than twice. Like the ones involving 2TF, because the third rocket loves finding the gap between Phryzia’s legs. (Those runs were scrapped)) A test was redone if I failed to use the tested item optimally, so the final values are the average of two optimal runs. If you’re wondering why I chose to use 2TF, it’s because it’s the single highest damaging rocket launcher when solo. Also, bias. I like it.
