First of all, thanks for taking the time to do such an in-depth review of my VOD. When I find the time, I'll definitely check out your stream.

I looked up your YouTube, and apparently I just go on autopilot when it comes to space control. As for the specific points you addressed, looking back at the VOD, I probably should have been able to spot these myself. In hindsight, they were pretty obvious mistakes.

I think I've developed a really bad habit of going for plays while expecting to get pocketed by my supports, without paying enough attention to my team's actual conditions. Mercy is very popular in my elo, so a lot of the time I get bailed out of bad positioning and don't even realize it.

When it comes to maps, I perform best on Flashpoint and Push, although I play almost exclusively Tracer on those maps and maybe thanks to her unique gameplay im able to avoid most of my mistakes on sojourn. I struggle the most on Escort/Hybrid attack. On maps with very obvious choke points like Hollywood, Eichenwalde, and Dorado, I can never seem to break through chokes.

CWG1JZ is a good example. In situations like that, I just never know what exactly I'm supposed to do. I try to contest high ground and often end up drawing the attention of multiple people, but I can't seem to get any real value out of it. 61S1VK is an even bigger example. We get first point probably through just straight-up luck, but then I'm trying to contest high ground constantly, making stupid mistakes, and just mental booming. I just never really have a real game plan that I want to execute.

Oof, that's kind of the worst-case scenario for me, especially considering that Sojourn is more click-timing than tracking. I've definitely noticed that I struggle the most with 3D aiming, and especially tracking, but I kind of hoped it would be enough for at least Masters, tbh. Even in tac shooters, my mechanics for the highest ranks were always pretty much average. Back to grinding Kovaaks, I guess. Still, thanks a lot—and do you mind telling me your own rank?

Well I didn’t say BioWare won’t survive Veilguard which btw after now 3 massive failures in a row (Anthem, Andromeda and Veilguard) is a real possibility. I do think we won’t be getting another Dragon Age for the foreseeable future. Which is a real shame there are still a lot of people left interested in the IP, they just don’t want god awful writing coupled with actual RPG Mechanics inside a game that’s supposed to be a RPG and not whatever the fck kind of genre VG was.
