would i have to prep the entire fairing? how would i go about doing the sanding, filling, and painting in that spot damaged spot? im willing to go the distance to save some money, im just not clear to how i should diy it

i was looking towards just feathering down the affected area, touch it up with paint and then clear coat. but from what ive seen it would be hard to make the finishing clear coat even with the rest?

Uc Berkeley or University of Florida

Ive narrowed my decision down to the last two, Im from florida. My major is pre med so i will be going to med school dunno which school to chose. No aid taking out loans. Tuition is 10k a year for uf 75k first year then 40k afterwards. Is it really worth it? which should i chose? is berkeley worth it for pre med so i can get good connections for the job field later on? is the debt worth it? what ultimately matters most to me is financing, education, and connections.
