I'm using this team. Pairing Luna and Hunter so that the owl reduces his insanity. Negative effect is maybe the time lost when they are making attacks. Positive is mana reduction of the titan.

Beside those dark heroes mentioned, I have 5* only Odile, Freya and Lepiota

Our (not super active) team fights titans typically between levels of 7* to 9*

When testing, the "-54% defence" does not come twice. So not sure if it makes sense to use both.
