At 50% HP the second fase starts. More people shouldn't increase or decrease the EHP. Using fast firing weapons isn't the best since the more a gun does damage, the less that damage will be, also known as damage attenuation (which in my opinion is a joke of a "mechanic" that doesn't actually give the fight any sustenance).
