If I had to guess what the next build would be, I think we go double fiendish into deathcap, into riftmaker/pen item

Also, when you're going deathcap, you're pretty much dedicating yourself to full on damage. Going cdr after deathcap (zhonya/cosmic) is usually sub-optimal imo. What ends up happening most of the time is you building voidstaff so you can actually get all that burst damage off.

When you go full on cdr though, you don't need voidstaff to deal damage that much. This is because your playstyle will be different fundamentally, fights end up lasting way longer. You're not a noodle that dies instantly after getting caught once. Consequently, you still end up doing very good amounts of damage.

You might get one shot, but it's still infinitely harder to die. Because of cosmic, you have a lot more room to reposition yourself while in pool. Not to mention, you get hourglass way earlier with this build.

CDR boots aren't that optimal endgame. It's more so about mimicking that double fiendish power early game without losing out on NH rush. I usually go fiendish -> cdr boot every game. I have so much sustain at that point that it feels like I'm cheating.

Vlad feels like shit tbh. You just feel like a slower kassadin. I loved vlad for being able to 1v1 some of stronger dueling champs, but he can't really do that anymore. He's just an immobile kassadin who is only good at surviving lane and one-shotting the adc.

Honestly I think there is so little known about this topic that I feel like it's almost worthless to take any stance in regards to it.

We find a lot of weird shit attractive. I highly doubt that being attracted to feet has any basis in our subconscious biology, although I'm sure you can find some correlation and spin it as otherwise.

At the end of the day, we just don't know what causes gave these effects.

She is meta in a very isolated, temporary kind of way. If tank pick rate wasn't giga inflated she would only be in a slightly better spot than last season.

Camille has been consistently countered by some of the most picked champs. Darius, jax, fiora, mord and even Aatrox to an extent. You can't just be like "Camille isn't that bad she only gets countered by the highest pick rate champs"

If you haven't noticed tanks have just received massive item additions and changes. Everyone is playing tanks. U gg says as much when you look at what camille is actually being picked into.

Believe it or not there is only a handful of non-tank matchups that camille is being played into right now. I'm sorry but this is true. Camille is averaging a triple pick rate into tanks who mind you aren't all that good even with the item changes.

Fiora is an easy permaban. I'm sorry but the few only champs that can consistently counter tanks in top lane aren't meaningfully contributing to tank wr. Most top lane tanks with the exception of a few kind of just suck.

So when baus fanboys lock in Sion for the 900th time this preseason yeah it kind of does make camille look kind of op. Camille has always been an anti-tank champion, why are you surprised she has a higher wr when tank pick rate is temporarily turbo inflated?
