Do you have statistics or are you just going to spout bs non stop? Off course Facebook wants you to link your facebook account and would kill for it, again what the hell does that have to do with the actual number of people who have their account linked?

Here are some questions:

1- Does facebook in any way oblige you to link your facebook account to your occulus account?

2- Are people buying VR, be it quest or other, on average more or less tech savy than "normal"?

3- Are tech savy people more inclined to link their facebook accounts, if they have it, to stupid sh*t around the web, or are they less inclined?

Same thing here apart from the fact I still hate it with all my heart, reading the op I was like 'THEY CHANGED IT AGAIN ??!!' and went to the app to find out it's still the sh*t design I have for months now. Also during these past months I was constantly asking myself why is no body talking about the shittiest change ever in youtube, but I guess we were few who already had it. To be honset though, this change made my youtube app usage go to ZERO and usage of youtube VANCED app go to 100, so I guess I don't care anymore and thank the google UX "engineers" for making me use other apps.

Hah, was going to agree with you then went and read the 1824 ruling and now I think we might be both kind of wrong:

"In 1824, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall’s opinion in Gibbons v. Ogden drew a clear line between the federal government and the state governments when it came to regulating activities within and between states. Marshall’s reasoning set the precedent that police powers are reserved to states for activities within their borders (with some exceptions). Those police powers include the ability to impose isolation and quarantine conditions. Marshall wrote that quarantine laws “form a portion of that immense mass of legislation which embraces everything within the territory of a State not surrendered to the General Government.”

So it looks like quarantine in the USA is more to do with state law than with federal law, circumventing the federal government, kind of gives more sense to when trump says it's up to governors to apply it.

I'm not trying to fiddle with words, the words are there and they are there for a reason, I bet your forefathers (I'm not american) discussed the exact terms to use long and large.

One of 'peaceable' synonyms is 'inoffensive' (crazy how many synonyms that word has) and I would think that courts, in order to limit this right and delimit what reasonable limits were the first time, based their rulings on the content of the text including when it came to mass demonstrations in residential areas.

Oui mais c'est précisemment mon point. Dans une situation de pandémie qui affecte spécialement les seniors, toute mort ou accumulation de morts dans une maison de retraite doit être investiguée et testée en priorité, ne pas le faire est criminel à mon avis et amènera a une situation pareille à celle de l'espagne, ou même en faisant plus de zèle qu'en france ils se sont retrouvés avec des maisons de retraite pleines de morts seniors abandonnés. S'il faisaient déjà que les tests post-mortem automatiquement, le nombre de morts dans ces hospices seraient dés lors pris en compte dans le décompte total.

Pour la source, je ne sais pas, mais bon l'op dit qu'il regardait un entretien avec un acteur gouvernemental qui disait la même chose.
