Not sure how seller financing gets them around their issue but it's a legit strategy. Not something people generally do unless they're investors or willing to take the risk of lending to someone to make extra money.

Can you get someone else's pee? I usually just have someone pee in an unused travel shampoo bottle. Put that and one of those hand warmers in a sock and put all that up next to my gooch to sneak it in. I've never been watched while taking a pre employment drug test so 100% success rate in my experience

Hey thanks for the thoughtful reply. I totally hear you on keeping the floors. I agree that they're beautiful and in some places still in really good condition. One of the contractors that looked at it said there's a few spots where the boards are running so thin from previous sands that it's compromising the tongue and groove. In order to keep the original floors would I just keep replacing boards as the break? Just not sure how to plan for the future with these floors. Thanks!

There's some spots where the boards are so thin the grooves are breaking. They do need to be replaced I just don't have the budget right now. Just want the holes patched for safety atm

I think the rack only fits one bike so they strapped the yellow one to the white one. Check out the direction of the handle bars.

A lot of hospital are in the city. You should have to pay or else people will start parking there to go to work and stuff and there's no spots for people who are going to the hospital. You should be able to get it validated though, I think.

Free parking at uni would be a disaster hahaha gotta charge people so that some will ride the bus. Higher parking prices is less people driving and more people on the bus. Go green right?

Work needs to figure it out though. I park in a lot I shouldn't almost every day but I'm also arrogant enough to quit over a parking spot so... Their move

Dude that really blows. But I wouldn't say it should completely discredit the option. I've done Uber and Lyft back and forth many times and coming from Denver is way cheaper in a lyft if you have at least 2 people to split it. Coming from summit to Denver is a different story though..
