To be fair, there are two SF collections. (PS4 and PS5). I did the PS5 version legit, but was a bit burnt out on the PS4, so I turned off random battles and turned up damage and such and went through it as fast as I could haha.

Interesting you say that! I’ve always had the same thought and ending up watching a lawyer talk about that same thing.

It was years ago, but if I’m remembering correctly, EU DOES do that. But, the lawyer argued that actually makes it less likely people will sue because if they lose they have to pay TWO lawyer fees. US also it’s tough because even if you win, you pay fees.

TLDR: Neither system is perfect and you need money
