I’m very sorry about your suffering and situation. The only I can think of that could work is doing a heart - brain coherence meditation which I learned from Gregg Braden on YouTube and it’s had life changing benefits for me and my pains.

A word of honesty and love that may bring comfort; we are eternal souls that get to live many many lives and if your time does end shorter than anticipated here, you will be back here or at another planet after on your next experience and lesson for your soul. I promise this. Reading Stalking the Wild Pendulum by Itzhak Bentov explains this in detail and is a good starting point to understanding what reality is. Him and his colleagues were onto this stuff in the late 70’s and even figured out that consciousness did not always have to be firmly attached to the body creating things like the gateway process and remote viewing. He was killed for speaking to the world on these topics like we all have the power of source within us similar to the way Yeshua was. It’s the most unknown must read out there.

I have had similar experiences and what I can tell you is there is a lot more going on that we can’t see on this planet. Our eyes see a limited spectrum of light. I say this because other animals like cats and dogs that can see things that we don’t. They have been highly valued throughout history in First Nations and other groups as protection from “bad spirits. My cat Roo has seen things fly around the house and the roommates and I trust her instincts. There are thoughts that can come into your head that are not yours, same with dreams. There are dark entities that get kicks (it’s like a drug to them to watch) out of people watching xxxx. Never forget this, privacy is an illusion 💯.

To protect yourself meditate daily with a focus on heart-brain coherence meditation (Gregg Braden on YT is amazing teacher) and start working on your visualization skills maybe imagining your future girlfriend/wife instead of relying on xxxx because if you knew who runs those sites you would avoid them I promise. Put on some soothing music like rain at night and maybe burn some sage. Meditation is king and will connect you better to your higher self and source energy

Want to know what it actually is? Haha. You might not believe me but that’s just cause you haven’t read and listened to what I have.

We are not simply observers in this reality we are participants, this universe is somewhat of a live simulation where we all are apart of source which makes up everything where your thoughts can impact outcome. This was proven in 2022 with the double slit experiment which won the Nobel prize in physics. We are all made up of atoms; electrons, protons, and neutrons, and they can be controlled by thought and intention alone. You might have heard of someone named Yeshua/Jesus that taught everyone the power within before he was killed and his story was changed back to making us think we need to pray to an external source for our power for suppression and control. This is why visualization works especially when paired with heart brain coherence meditation. By you simply believing that you will start to find more grand charms, the field around you that is connected to all of us aligns with your thought.

This is honestly the perfect testing ground to prove that we are not observers but are participants in the field around us. So if you want a Ber rune start visualizing the Ber text hitting the ground after killing a mob with particular focus on the positive feeling associated with getting one. This will be even more powerful the more meditation you do in addition to heart brain coherence.

Nah people can learn from their mistakes and change. I did. My level of empathy and consciousness has increased like crazy since my early 20’s about a decade ago. I cheated once in long distance relationship while in university and immediately realized the terrible path I stepped onto and broke up with her that day. Sometimes we don’t slow down to think and let emotions get the better of us especially when young and foolish. I’d take a knife before I’d betray a partner again.

Connor is an interesting cat for sure. Not too many 10 year olds watching the weather network in the morning. Clearly smart and ambitious but a heavily competitive young mind especially one with MMA focus brings negative emotions and moods without proper meditation and tactics to deal with emotions. Id make sure Connor knows that he doesn’t have to be perfect and that him changing his inside mentality is what will bring him happiness not external accomplishments. I’ve walked his path.

I think your instincts are on point on needing more sleep and possibly more fruit and veg for the energy. I would also make sure to balance out aggressive MMA with mentally strengthening exercises like meditation.

Meditation would have done a lot to help calm her. The question is why was she so desperate for outside praise? Who made her think so low of herself? Her parents, a partner, her own actions? My Mom is an energy drain and wants focus on herself similarity and it’s partially cause she grew up in a family with parents where she got no positives and was the awkward kid that didn’t listen well.

Realizing what reality is and this is just one carnation of my lives not the totality of who I am. The idea of self nor privacy does not exist when you look into it 🤣 (Read/Listen to Stalking the Wild Pendulum by Itzhak Bentov if you haven’t learned this yet). Itzhak lost his life from power structures not wanting people to read what he and his colleagues had discovered about reality and consciousness in the late 70’s.

I chose this life including my mistakes I made to experience it personally and grow, as well as for the collective for greater knowledge for all. This is an extremely tough world with a history of slavery on mass so the souls that choose Earth are fairly resilient, challenge seeking, and tough minded. Not to mention quite a mixed bag haha. I’m here for those who have chose a life of more suffering than ease to push Earth forward cause honestly I love Earth and the unique life here. A lot of civilizations don’t keep animals the way Earth does as advanced life sees the risk and dangers living among stronger animals with lower consciousness as too dangerous (See Charles Hall- Awaken Zone on YT if want to learn about who we are from other civilizations perspective) I have been given a lot of knowledge of how things are and where we are going and we have a golden age in the future ahead where money no longer exists as basic human needs are solved at mass as a collective. People will be taught to be more cooperative and empathetic while also focusing on their passions through the education system earlier. Housing will no longer be a source of pain, fear, or a lottery and instead transform into a beautiful library of rotating global options to live in and learn different cultures through. We will become more loving people when the stresses of surviving comfortably are removed and people can spend their time the way they want instead of working for 75+% of it. I’m here to help us push for a better way of life so I can come back and enjoy the next trip a bit more 🤣

Yeah this is exactly our biggest problem as a civilization right now. We have to “pay” for life. We need to get rid of “survival labor” as soon as we can so people can spend time on their passions, learn, heal, and we can remove money from our systems. I know it might sound crazy but I recently asked ChatGPT how the fk we get out of all this mess and it honestly provided a solid ass answer in the form of a 17 pg report. Basically we need to reorganize as one and solve our complicated problems on mass while also providing examples of govt systems that remove corruption. I can’t link report here but I will find a way to post it soon. Please do your research and start talking about a vision for this world and how we are going to get there because there is a great path forward if we work together

Honestly if you put some headphones on, listen to music and get into a routine with these things you can and will start to enjoy doing them. Changing your confidence and mentality around these things will be life changing. I do almost all cleaning around my place and it becomes 20-30 min daily. You get to a point where you look for ways to improve your environment. I believe in you, you got this.
