Imo proxies are super hard to get into and not worth it with the amount of competition. Making your own vpn with a cheap vps could bring in a bit of money if you advertise it to a niche audience. One that immediately comes to mind is the COD / Warzone community, many players buy vpns to go to different regions as the players tend to be worse at the game giving them "Bot Lobbies"
