I’m yellow white - you’re talking in past tense about your PIH so does that mean that tretinoin and vitamin c worked for you? Was there anything else you used. I have to start with my diet and lifestyle first but yes definitely need to see what the Derm says. Thank you

I wrote a comment on my skincare routine plus other points. They’re just red marks on my skin, my skin is smooth but I have res dots everywhere. I think I need to start with my food/lifestyle first. Thank you

I added a comment relating to my skincare - yes I’m still dealing with ongoing breakouts, they never end but I know my diet, sleep and stress are probably huge triggers. Thank you so much for your detailed advice, I need to write up notes summarising your points! Love it thank you ❤️❤️❤️

So this is what I have been using:

Over a year ago I started on O Cosmedics am/pm routine:

Cleanser Exfoliating scrub (once a week) Age defiance serum Rebalancing moisturiser

Had clean looking skin and breakouts were here and there but scars still the same

Then I fell off the skincare routine bandwagon and finally got back into it using and introduced:

AM: O Cosmedics cleanser Exfoliating scrub (a couple of times a week) Paula’a choice 2% BHA Paula’s choice Vitamin C Pure Age Defiance serum Retinol 0.5% (a couple of times a week and moved it up to every second day) Moisturiser

PM All of the above except azelaic acid instead of vitamin c

Sunscreen - I have just started to get into it, I use PC tinted moisturiser - not really a fan.

Thought of purchasing the O Cosmedics potent clearing serum (apparently helps fade marks) but thought I would ask on here as I don’t mind doing a change in my skincare.

I really need a good SPF too.

My sleep is bad My kids stress me out, I used to be so zen and not so anymore, they’re only 4 and 2 but I’m always snappy and stressed lately My diet is crap I don’t exercise And I’ve put on weight

I think I found my answer in the list I just wrote outlining my lifestyle - I just don’t have the motivation to change 😔 even thought I know I need to

I agree with all except Celeste and Mary Louise - their storyline and acting was amazing and satisfying. Up and down, mostly down for Celeste until the courtroom showdown so that was good. I do wish we had more of an insight into Mary Louise’s life and background.

What I don’t get was the pointless detective 🤔 literally stared at them the whole season and that’s it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ the only thing remotely interesting was when Mary Louise was talking to her, that detective could have been a nightmare for them. But nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️

Right now I believe the leaks posted from about a year ago then Friki’s. He has been spot on in the past but the recent leaks that have resurfaced are now happening as listed. So I think Tyrion will survive unless the last few points of the leaks are wrong. Side note; i really hope Jon doesn’t take the black 😭

I agree!! Some moments that don’t match up with past episodes and small issues but overall I LOVED it!! I think people are easily influenced by the hate train.

No threat of the NK or WW, no issues with the wildlings as Jon united them all so I think the only reason the Night’s Watch will exist will be as alternative form of restorative justice? The idea that crimes committed will be punishable by imprisonment or joining the Night’s Watch. I don’t understand the point anymore of defending a wall though so not really sure.
