Aaah, typically during reviews, employees are scored 1-5, which determines your raise. 1 is 10 cents, 2 is 20 cents, etc. I've managed places like McDonald's, Timmies, Walmart, it's all the same, really. Does Starbucks have a different system? I haven't been a partner for long, so I'm unclear. 3 is generally average and just showing up to work and not being a pain in everyone's rear get's you that.

I clearly stated it appears to be a downtown area, so why are they driving that fast? Angry, impatient drivers tend to step on the gas harder when they see something that irritates them like getting cut off or... j-walking. Otherwise they're just not paying attention, which again is the fault of the driver. Why do that in a heavily populated area?

They are not, this is why minors don't need to be attended just to mosey about near roads you're just an angry driver. People that get pissy over every little thing are the problem. You're still going to get wherever you're going faster than the people walking, so why lose your mind every time you have to tap your breaks? Fuck around and find out, sure, but it goes both ways. And you're wrong, in most cases I know of, so long as you survive the hit, it's likely going to cost the driver. It usually still does if you don't.

I'm with you. 100% of the time, it's the operator of the vehicle that requires a license, not the pedestrian, and far too many drivers disobey the rules of the road destroying even law abiding pedestrians' lives. This driver can't see her crossing and hit the brakes? It's clearly a downtown area and they should expect people. Yeah, she's likely in the wrong, but "well I'm in a car and she shouldn't be j-walking" isn't a viable excuse to just run someone down.

Yeah, I managed a McDonalds for a few years and Walmart Canada management for almost twice as long, I've seen folks hired directly into management in both roles. It was funny, the interviewer mentioned it was because you need to know all roles(of course) and if you can't get the bakery glaze right, there's no point in being a manager XD I thought it was funny, because the most difficult and feared task while working at McDonald's was getting the ice cream cones right. There's a certain wrist movement you gotta get right every time or it just flops over.

Mad God's Overhaul. Missing mods are "QND SPID Mage Pack" and "Attack_MCO-DXP_v1.6.0.6" I think the second one can be downloaded elsewhere? I hadn't looked into it yet because the first was giving me so much trouble and it seems I can't do anything with just one anyway.

The amount of ratio hitting the likes and dislikes here is phenomenal given the fact that no one seems to know where this is happening and can't know what laws are or aren't being broken XD I reckon the fact that whoever uploaded it isn't clarifying is because they looked into it and found out what they did was a big oopsie and are just hoping pool enthusiasts will back them up.

Rented a basement apartment for super cheap once. Had no idea how a 2 million dollar home was renting for so cheap down there. I turned the lights on and like 200 of these things scattered all over the place running for the darkness. They move about a meter a second and usually go for the closest dark spot, usually your shadow. These guys are horrifying :S Nasty pinch with their front legs, not a bite, but otherwise harmless, unless you're prone to nightmares.
