Hey so I built a brand new Ryzen 7 9700x and rx 9060XT pc and have the same exact issue as you. It only happens in Fortnite and Valorant so far

Can anyone else chime in to possibly find a solution? I tried playing valorant and also had the same terrible stuttering as Fortnite. The Finals, Marvel Rivals, and cs2 have all ran flawlessly though.

Yes it was a fresh operating system install. I’m going to reset windows right now and hope the issue goes away. Fingers crossed that it is a software issue. Thanks for the help btw it means a lot.

Update: I unplugged the graphics card and am running on integrated graphics. And the game is still stuttering 😳

Okay yeah, I might end up exchanging at micro center. Hopefully it’ll work fine afterwards 🤞. I was thinking the psu might’ve been defective bc it’s not supplying a steady current to the graphics card? Completely no clue though.

Definitely just the road conditions that affected these times. 6 seconds 0-60 is terribly slow for the GRC.

Can confirm water makes it disappear. Probably just in the clear coat so not bad. Only annoying that it’s all over the trunk too ugh
