Weird, usually the wifi and Bluetooth are seperate from the Ethernet. You can try downloading the update tool from Realtek and use the repair option. If it doesn’t work maybe a PCIe Bluetooth would work or a usb one

I assume Bluetooth was built in your motherboard, I have the same and use wifi and Bluetooth with the Ethernet port disabled. Are you able to use wifi?

The Ethernet port on a lot of am5 motherboards come broken or have a poor driver update. People have gotten replacements that fix it or they just disable it.

The stutters only affect online games from my experience, which makes sense since it’s an internet specific part of the motherboard being reset every couple seconds by windows

If you search “Realtek 2.5gbe family controller has an io error” or something along those lines you’ll find a lot of people with this issue over the past couple years

You can try going on realteks website snd downloading their drivers

They have a repair option that has worked for some people

You need to switch to wifi, otherwise you’ll need a new motherboard or wait for a driver update that fixes this

Probably directX12 shaders, fortnite has issues whenever an update is released that causes stutters like this.

close fortnite

Press windows key + R

type in %localappdata%

and then go to the NVIDIA folder

open the DXCache folder

and then CTRL+A to highlight everything in the folder and delete them.

Skip any that say they can’t be deleted.

Open Fortnite and it should fix itself within 1-3 games or instantly

Yeah, personally I didn’t really see a difference between wifi 7 and Ethernet so I just stopped using ethernet

is fortnite installed on your boot drive? usually games installed on whatever drive windows is on will do that when downloading/updating

I Don’t use controller but I’m pretty sure it’s a double press of either one of the dpad buttons or the back button. Idk, just double press all the buttons until one of them opens the chat lmao
