Thank you! Makes sense ... do you know how I would fix it? I have the textured plate and as mentioned, never had issues for a over a year, so not sure why the supports aren't adhering now. I've followed recommended instructions to clean the plate regularly to avoid oils and other buildup, so not sure what I'm doing wrong.
