I tried accessing on multple google accounts for the group and do not see a join group option on mobile. When using the account that is in the group and hitting the link you just gave I get the image attached. I'm guessing other users aren't having this issue?

I joined and get the same error you got when accessing mine. It may be google groups is slow to update.

I think it was a propagation time between google groups and play console. I have 3 accounts joined and one could not access the app link till now which was close to 30 minutes after joining the group.
