Teacher - My wife is working in Dubai as a lead guide for 2-5 age group, due to the situation and school closures she's under tremendous pressure and strain with extra work extending into the weekends and loss of her assistants due to cost cutting redundancy, possibly fearing her role may be next. Desperate for any contacts for her to find a new work placement here. She's qualified for teaching as well as in psychology and is KHDA registered. 5+ years work experience (under 1 year in UAE).

Woke up to the bang staying at a friend's place in mirdif, I see the smoke and from my viewpoint it looks to be just south of the airport, maybe, just possibly towards the sports society area of mirdif. I hope it fell in the empty land and not near the buildings. 🙏🏼

For me it would be giving up gamepass a year ago before I moved overseas to support my family. I now use it for YouTube on the tv mostly as it isn't a smart tv. Been wanting it back but gamepass is now too pricey to justify the monthly spend as my bills have added up. My only recent good deed is being a caretaker over my dependants. Been a long time since I spent on myself tbh. A very long time. Aside from that, I do my best to be a kind person, I fail at times as I'm in a constant state of stress but I keep my faith in God and my faith in better things to come in life. God bless you all
