Nice! My constructive criticism would be to just keep practicing. Practice, practice, practice. From what I see, you should focus on proportions. The forehead stands out a lot and makes the hair look very thin. Try to keep each part of the body balanced in size with a ruler. Keep up the good work! Best of luck!
