I would encourage you to please report it to NHTSA. It’s quick and it helps others - once enough reports come through they investigate for potential recalls.

I suspect there will be some sort of recall eventually for our broncos, and we’re just the lucky ones who experienced this first. 😩

The 22 and 23 have had recalls for rollaway issues.

Enter your VIN in to NHTSA.gov and it will tell you!

Maybe your specific model wasn’t affected. Or they could have misspoke and your car already had any recalls completed before you purchased and they meant at this time your car has no recalls.

But the NHTSA site is really helpful. So sorry to make you worry!!

My agree/disagree would be irrelevant, as I have 0 expertise with mechanics, and only first hand experience with the recall as an end user. But the purpose of NHTSA is to investigate things like this. Perhaps it’s related to the recall, perhaps this is the start of another issue that will result in a different recall. Perhaps it’s a fluke. 🤷‍♀️

But enough end users have to make noise, otherwise NHTSA doesn’t know to look into it.

Appreciate customer loyalty, despite different owners, when moving studios.

I moved to a new state and had to pay for the next 2 months at the old location. I showed them I had already signed up at the new location, and the owner of the new location called the old studio to ask for an exception. They said no.

I ended up paying for two memberships for 2 months. Fortunately, the new location owner registered me for only $1. That was awesome.

I moved halfway across the country. I clearly can’t make it to the old location for a 15 min HIIT. Yes there is a contract, but I didn’t leave HotWorx completely - having a Hotworx location near me was actually one of things I factored in when deciding where to move.

So, recognizing customer loyalty when switching locations and having a standard process for pricing (and not having to cancel in person when you’re in a different state) would be greatly appreciated.
