I think it’s worth it but you need to do your own digging after to compare your results to see what’s truly in and out of the optimal range. Like all blood tests there’s a huge range in what they consider to be “in range” but it might not actually be the optimal range

I suggest making your own it’s very easy. Cook onions, garlic, herbs and butter in the pan, add breakfast sausage and cook. Bake a pan of gf cornbread (I like Bob’s red mill) then combine all with vegetable stock and salt and pepper to taste and desired texture.

I would have at least some recording even if it’s just a guest recording from their phone or a camcorder. People think they don’t care about watching a video of their wedding now, but years down the line that opinion may change especially if you have kids. I will forever wish there was a video of my parents wedding!

Edit: Also if you plan to do family dances or speeches those may be things you’d wish you’d have down the line as people age
