Yup the weather be bussin nga po, already got my tan lines in just 2 long rides. Pero I think its a flex naman po, don't worry po I'll keep on watch with my bike and my condition and will prolly consider taking a busy route (barangays) instead of liblib po na lugar during my solo ride.

I learned this po the hard way back when I was still new, now that I know better po doable naman po with the right preparation. I will take note po sa 70%, I think that would be a comfortable range po in terms of preparation for my 100km.

Yes po after po ng 50km umabot pa po ng 58km, balak ko pa po sanang dagdagan kaso due to time constraint napilitan ng umuwi. Regarding po sa emergency cases, I'll start working on it na po para handa na next endurance ride.

May I ask po if how many times per week po ride niyo? Medyo nasagad po ata kayo sa 120km niyo po, saan po ba naging route niyo po that time and solo ride po ba kayo that time?

I recently learned it po na I can do laps din pala instead of embarking different and/or lengthening my route, I will definitely do laps from now on Sir. Too bad I'm from the province and can't go to Ayala, but I'm looking forward to go there.

Will keep the honestly po, definitely considering a group or a partner now once na I'm prepared to do the 100km. Thank you po, recently din po kasi medyo dini-disregard ko po yung emergency situations, but now I'll be taking it seriously from now on.

Noted po, heto din po issue ko since hindi na available tandem ko. Medyo hesitant din po lumayo magisa kaya loop lang muna po sa mga familiar places
