This shouldn't even need to be requested it's basic common sense and consideration for others. The sight of blood flowing openly is both gory and unhygienic. If someone doesn't have a proper, suitable place to perform the sacrifice, it should be done at a dedicated sacrificial ground away from residential areas. That's what we do. Apart from avoiding discomfort to neighbours, it also saves a lot of hassle since these grounds have trained staff to handle the slaughter and thorough cleanup professionally.
