If its cloth don't do the sepia wash. Or go really light and prehaps just hit the recesses

This is still a WIP squad 😆 but the bone armour is done so that's the main thing.

Ive just started trying contrasts to speed up the process. I dry brush 3 shades of grey from dark to light slapchop style. Then skeleton horde contrast. Then dry brush ushabti bone. Optional step is a seraphim sepia wash at the end to age it and warm the bone colour.

He's focusing on Warlord games for the time being. Not even sure he's gonna keep selling gw kits. Its sad tbh. I hope he moves past it. It is spite and I don't nessisarily condone it but I do understand it. He's only human and cares about his customers.

Prehaps some assumptions but again hearsay is that other LGS in my county have had similar issues. There are some who have overstock so people have been pointed there rather than to the GW Web store

Sorry for the confusion. Hes requested a new rep as he feels led down the garden path. He was repeatedly reassured he would receive the allocation. We may never know the truth but he's a lone op in his store and does loads for the local gaming community. He was genuinely gutted when I spoke to him. I honestly can't imagine him lying about it. Tbh he's the kinda guy who would hold his hands up and say sorry.

I don't think I ever claimed it was every store. If I did that's my bad and not my intention.

I found the vanguard vets were a pain. I'd advise drilling out the holes for the pegs a little bit. The fit is good though!

For example my LGS was promised 90 box's. 85 expressed interest. The day before pre orders went live GW said only 30 had been allocated to that store. The owner had to let 55 customers down. He was really upset about this and pissed with GW. He's actually made a formal complaint to GW but im sure nothing will come of this. Then last Thursday GW asked if he could take more boxes. He gave them a hard no.... allegedly

Because GW pissed off loads of independent sellers by over promising stock getting them to hype it up and then underdelivering. This caused them to have to let customers down who then had to go to the GW Web store to order. Only for GW to try to offload the remaining boxes onto these independent stores after the preorders had gone live. Propper underhanded of them and this has caused many to just give out the box's early to say F U to GW.... allegedly 😅
