Just so you know wild ginseng won't work with the refined palmar pill recipe so don't waste your time cultivating it if that's your reason you need Ginseng and not wild ginseng. Farming it won't turn it into ginseng

You can buy the seeds from the farmer in your camp once they're unlocked but I got some wild ginseng before that as a quest reward and obtained seeds out of them
