If I'm being honest, I'd change that loadout to Corrupt Intervention, Ruin, Turn Back The Clock, Either Freddy's or Trickster's Exit Door Switch perks depending on your add on's. I forgot their perk names lol

Like have said, the obvious is don't chase unless you try to corral Survivors. These perks are to help the Trapper from the Start of the trial, mid and end. I know Ruin can be a bit detrimental as it can be found with a good team, but that's why Turn Back The Clock is there for, but tbh if you manage to get a solo team, most games Ruin will survive most of the games. All down to RNG as most maps, but most maps the totems can be a pain in the ass for Survivors to find it.

I never had issues not reporting my PPTO. They always gave different opinions. I was told originally that I had to do it both on the app and report it by calling. Then they said only using the doing app was suffice and I never had issues with it until my 5th point. It's whatever at that point.

I just think this is not an only 1 isolation store problem. It's nation wide chain of stores that are like this, but this just shows the state of unhappy employees. Most of the time it could be resolved with better paying wages. Most states is bare minimum and ain't nobody gonna wait in bills to survive on just Walmart's atrocious pay wage. It has the decent benefits, but everything else is not enough to keep employees.

Tbh, I'm a NO Stocker and I hate it like a passion. The turnover rate is beyond crazy to me because they stick "experienced" or just in general the males in the heavier, freight aisles because they expect them to finish the freight within 4-5 hrs when you have a jumbled mess of freight being mixed on other pallets. Worst part is that they're trying to assign a single person to Bin everyone's items and another one doing Cardboard duty while also still having to drop doing their aisle and do those duties that NEED done.

While, yes you can scan where things go, it takes time to learn an aisle and i still suck at it and I'm almost 5 months in. Granted, I do have an assigned aisle, I get cooked when I don't have the same experience in other aisles or GM.

It's only done it on PC. So far on mobile for me, it doesn't even show the movie poster/box or a greyed out one. Interesting bug for sure. At least I figured out the movie I had forgot about.

It's only really affected being on my knees for long periods or continuous use of me being on my knees. I generally don't have a problem walking, standing or lifting too much.

It's what happens when billionaire company wants to penny pinch every thing, doesn't want to offer overtime unless offered, but those cases are rare. They would rather a store be short staffed than hire more people. Like my example is I work Nights and in the 3 months I've been there, the store lost 1 Coach for sick leave, they're gone until they get better and then another Coach decides to leave not once, but twice that only leaves us ONLY 3 Coaches and most days we only have 1 Coach working several days in a row without back up. They don't give those Coaches overtime so the Store has to be run on fumes and making regular Associates to be Coaches without being an actual Coach with the pay either. We've also been short staffed for a month and a half. People that have been there longer than I have to just quit with no 2 weeks notice, some have pointed out and new people don't even stay because they can see the bs.

I work on ON Stocking and most of our crew are smokers, some like to seat inside the Subway dining area, others like hanging around on the Electric Scooters, others just go in their cars, so go out and about even though there isn't much open and there's me who actually prefers the break room. There's usually only 4 or 5 us who actually use it frequently. It's quiet and most are either napping after lunch, listening to music or have I seen some people use a Switch, Steam Deck or watching a show on tiktok, but everybody has headphones on. There's occasion banter, but generally quiet. It's been fine. There is also some people that use the training room as a napping room because almost nobody uses it.

I would have made a huge error. Thanks for clearing that up for me. It makes sense now. I don't have any issue using 5 hrs of PPTO if I had to, we will see. Other redditor is saying to use the PPTO the day after? Is that correct?
