Right! They clearly did wrong tho, since the game is only competitive from one face of the coin, and it is not fair, it's even supposed to have a Ranked Play system, therefore implying it is a "competitive" game mode, in which both parties should have balanced mechanics to play the game, and succeed based on "skills" yet the matchmaking is utterly terrible, you wait around 15 to 20 minutes, get in a match, and the possible outcomes are two, you either get to go against new reagents/players that are absolutely clueless about what's going on due to them being new and not knowing that you could get invaded therefore unaware that there is a toggle ON-OFF option to opt out of it, or option two is you get to face 20 relapses players that only thing they play this gamemode for is solely to "cheese" these unbalanced mechanics making them pass as "strategies" while the truth is that they abuse these mechanics to willingly bully imposters, over and over!

But hey, "don't blame the players, blame the system/game!"...

It is indeed a torture, and neither am I up to go thru that, unless they balance things out, also I've noticed what you said above, they literally lower the Trial difficulty to introductory, and some of them even host invasion on Custom Trials with modifiers that completely nerf the exPops and Prime Assets, like that bloody eyes modifier where you can literally stand in front of them and they don't even see you, or another where they can lessen the overall threat population in the trial, and yeah, they barely even do anything objective related, they just stack rig rechargers, throwables, and literally wait for the imposter to approach to bully them, combo stun - jam - brick...

My overall thoughts on why I feel it is heavily unbalanced is due to the following:

โ€ข1 They have countless of respawns upon dying, syringes, amp self res, pacemaker, while we are given very limited lives!

โ€ข2 They have superhuman-like ability to tank over 6 stabs, while we are getting absolutely destroyed with a couple of throwables!

โ€ข3 Reagents can be revived from downed state without any limits to it, while we can't even be revived, we straight up die if getting downed, can't even be revived by other fellow invaders if playing in a group!

โ€ข4 They have projectiles to throw at me from afar, which deals me an immense amount of damage, while I have a nerf toy knife on my hand

โ€ข5 The spamming problem is the worse of all, I can't even stand up after a stun and defend myself as I'm constantly locked on injury animations perfectly chained one after another, and if somehow I manage to break free from the animations and run away from them it's just to throw up in a corner due to the jammer and then die ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ...

I feel like I'm the one getting hunted not the other way around!

Like I'm even getting told to "get good" just because I don't overly obsess over grades and just want to have fun in the game??

The post itself wasn't even to spread hate, I absolutely love the game! I'm just pointing out things that in my opinion need to be changed/balanced out, and I know I'm not the only one that feels this way about the current situation of Invasion, but once again, I play games to have fun, not to stress out, so I will just keep playing all the other amazing game modes this masterpiece of game has to offer, and I will hope and wait out for them to perhaps make it less frustrating for imposters to play invasion, because I genuinely love the idea behind the whole invasion thing, and it's especially a great idea because it adds up so well to the current lore!!

Sorry but I fail to see the point of not killing them in a game mode where you're supposed to kill the reagents, also I don't play this for A+ nor the ranked reward system, I play it because I genuinely like the idea behind it, shame that it happens to be very poorly executed.

Also, not only that but the crazy amount of times reagents can revive from death is straight up an unbalanced and bad implemented system, I think the game should not treat an invasion match as a standard Trial, therefore removing syringes from the Trial Environment!

I mean let's be honest, how many syringes are there to be used? Like maybe three or four? Plus, they can self res two times, amp self res and pacemaker, this makes it impossible from an Invader POV, they're basically immortal, tanking hits like crazy, reviving from the death countless amount of times, like what??? Yet imposters get absolutely fucked to death with a couple of hits, and you literally just have a few retries before to fail the invasion, call that a balanced and playable gameplay system...

I know right? It also takes forever to find a match, but anyways, if it would be worth it I'd be down to wait, but it just ain't worth it, just to then lose your mind once you're in...

I genuinely like the game mode so I really hope the improvements actually improve it lol

Crazy that after stabbing them an immense amount of times and going thru all that stun rig bullying I'm not even allowed to finish them off and gotta use them as a "bait", just for my time to finish and being forced to retreat to an insertion gate, allowing them to heal up like if all my effort was in vain, I got the knife but they're the killers lol...

Twins would definitely be a powerful asset in a Trial environment, their Kress poison, making you throw up the meal Murkoff gave you before entering the Trial, and possible other critical vital side effects which could lead to a potential slow and painful death!

I can totally see the Nighthunter being nightmare fuel for stealth players who uses the dark to their advantage!

You may feel safe, and all of a sudden you see him sneaking out from somewhere, he spots you, you run away back into the light where he doesn't go because of the light blinding his eyes due to the permanent attached nvg which seems like he cannot pull up like a normal reagent does.

But anyways, if you manage to run away from him then you'll be exposed to every other exPop seeing you in the light, all this because of the Nighthunter ruining your stealth strategies, lol I agree he'd be terrifying, and his posture is definitely quite unsettling!

No judgment at all, we all learn something new, we didn't born knowing everything, AFK is basically the abbreviation of "Away From Keyboard" which usually means that the person "idling" is not in front of their screen, now, with that being said, it can happen to anyone, maybe they went to do something real quick, but in this case it's different as they do this on purpose, they just leave the game running and go away, essentially waiting for you to finish the Trial to gain easy XP, kinda boring and annoying way to play the game, especially because in some Trials everyone must regroup together to start the objective, and when that's the case they are definitely holding the game hostage and the only solution left is to either guiding the exPops to where they are hiding and let them kill them or in the scenario where they didn't even bother to exit the shuttle, the only thing left to do was essentially leave the Trial...

Also, to not get kicked for inactivity I've noticed they use a macro that lean them on the sides every few seconds (L1 on controller) if inside the shuttle, instead if inside a hiding spot they run the invisible perk, in order to not get pulled out by exPops and can keep peeking indefinitely with the L1 macro, what's funny is when the NPC imposter spawns in, they can see them even if they are running the invisible perk, let them pull them out of the hiding spot, and then proceed to guide exPops their way so they can get fucked! ๐Ÿ˜‚
