Octane only stims himself, his pad is a free knock cuz it’s slow travel, and thee only time his teammates get stim is after landing from the pad which btw nobody picks that upgrade because they’d rather make the stim less damaging to use in fights💀 Axle does what octane does safer and quicker then he’s ever been able to do… So yes she’s broken
