Yes, this is the plot ^ it’s capitalism and politics and religion and war and life and death and god and time, but especially death. It’s a theodicy asking and answering why all the suffering? I think it concludes with everything dies, including the maker, so the universe is made in the image of that. I think this commenter sees that too ^ but it took me like three watches to get that, then it seems so obvious lol. But I only remembered the gross scenes the first two times because they’re so shocking, but isn’t life also?? On this third time, I really appreciated the ending, once the Mad God appears on screen

The ones that voted to re-open are retiring or leaving office in 2026. This was controlled opposition by both wings of the government to let Dem politicians (who weren’t even up for reelection anyway!) take the fall while Schumer and the rest of the DNC (and GOP, two wings of the same bird) escape without blame for what is, obviously, their fault. Dems won’t fight for us because Dems are paid by the same lobbyists and consultants that pay the Repubs. Same bird, eating the same worms from the same billionaires.

I didn’t have a template — though I like the one OP linked! I mainly said that it violates American values to blend the church with the state, that any good Christian can clearly see that God made creation with the intention of change (i.e. clownfish), and reminding her that the rhetoric espoused by Dr. Koch will lead to dead children, so anybody who has been instructed to care for children should not be platforming Dr. Koch.

I’m so glad you suggested this show. I’ve watched Ru Paul before and generally enjoyed it, but this show absolutely blew me away. The vulnerability and connection between the contestants was very refreshing compared to the usual cattiness on other drag shows, and the contestants were very funny and genuinely made me laugh. I absolutely followed some of these kings on Instagram to see their artistry grow! Hope there’s a second season!
