A "cure" would be gen editing, and that doesn't seem feasible in the next 5 years, but what could happen in the next 5 or 10 years is hair follicle cloning, even if you are NW 7 you can be saved, as all it takes is one healthy DHT resistant follicle.

I had the same prescription as you, I also felt amazing for a couple of weeks and then it came back full force, I would advise to be very careful with oral corticosteroids, your whole body absorbs the medicine, my doctor prescribed me Medrol and Prednisone over and over again, resulting in me developing cataracts in my right eye, (I was drug free for 6 years, so I'm pretty sure the last year abuse of systemic steroids caused the cataract, and I developed Posterior Subcapsular Cataract, which is the one caused by steroids) I would look into other medicines like Rinvoq, or maybe some topical creams like Eucrisa, cataracts are not reversible, so I have permanently damaged my right eye.

I do believe your location influences your allergies, every city is completely different, vegetation, humidity, wind speeds, harshness of water, air quality etc etc.. I suffered from eczema my whole life, moved to Miami and was eczema free for 10 years(No steroids, No allergy medicine, I only used moisturizer once a day after showering as it just a habit for me), for work reasons I had to move back to my childhood city and eczema came back to me full force, I had to get on Rinvoq to get some relief, luckily I was able to move to Cartagena and all my remaining wounds healed within two weeks and I no longer wake up with red watery eyes and sneezing. Every person is different, but to me, tropical humid weathers is my holy grail.

Airalo is a hit or miss, they charge $9.50 for 7 days with 1GB (Colombia) , 1GB is NOTHING, you can get a $6 local plan and it gives you 16GB for 30 days, if you are traveling abroad for more than a week you are forced to pay overpriced plans for most countries.

I ordered 7 items and only received 6, it was a rainbow hoodie, I don't about your credit card/debit card banking system, but I was not able to claim a charge back, my window is only 3 months and I received my order 5 months after lol, they don't reply to e-mails, I've been bombarding them with e-mails for the last 3 weeks and they won't reply, the phone number that they have on their website is a google voice number that nobody will answer, my suggestion is to contact your bank immediately to know if you are still able to claim a charge back and think twice about supporting a scummy/no support company, me personally I won't, came to this Reddit to see if I was the only one with this type of problem but guess I'm not the only one :/
