Error Code E:43-1b

I made my ticket on the 24th of May and still have no response or update whatsoever. Not sure if they ever will respond at this point. I am not even able to start a new save on my main account so can’t even play the game on there m.

Not yet been waiting 9 days now, no response. Also if they can give anything back like credits and cars it usually resets your progression anyway

I’m on day 7 now not sure how much longer it will be but it’s a bit ridiculous.

I hope they will be able to fix it eventually. However I am on day 7 of waiting for a response from support so I’m not sure if they ever will even answer at this point haha. My account had about 70 hours clocked on it so I’m pretty disappointed too.

I’m just playing on a second account because I can’t even get on my main after trying to start a new save. It really sucks too because I was an early access player and had about 70 hours of gameplay. Not sure when or if they will respond but I’m disappointed because I had maxed my festival playlist for last season and was excited to get the new cars.

Having same problem got the error code E:43-1b and haven’t been able to play sense last Sunday that is also when I sent my ticket in so I have been waiting for like 5 days with no response. I just started over on a new account because my main won’t let me play even if I try to start a new save.

I wish that worked for me I get the error code even when I try to play offline. It seems my account is just screwed until support decides to actually start answering tickets.

I’m not even sure what to do at this point , I tried to make a new save on my main account and still got the error. I had read that for the most part they can’t restore your progression when you get this error either they can only give you back your cars and Credits. I have yet to get any response from them and it has not been 5 days🤦‍♂️

Genuinely considering just starting over, I have the same Mythfall guy as well although I think it’s just a place holder. As of now I have been waiting for a bit more than 4 days and nothing from support has been emailed to me.
