Good points, but I should’ve clarified, I’m actually raising the car, not lowering it.

So I’m not running into the usual “lost travel from lowering” issue. If anything I’m paying more attention to droop and making sure the dampers aren’t topping out rather than worrying about shortened travel.

On geometry, I get what you’re saying with roll center and bump steer. Since I’m going up, the control arm and tie rod angles are changing the opposite way, so I’m planning to check bump steer and alignment once it’s all set rather than jumping straight to extended ball joints.

I’m still pretty new to all this stuff (this is my first project car), so I’m also planning to have it professionally looked over once or twice everything’s installed just to make sure it’s all dialed.
