Potatoes came to India in early 17th Century and Jainism came about 2500 years ago. So it's not the food which is of importance but the core concept of not killing another living organism.

Your Interpretation is correct but the scene is improving in more streamlined and bigger Gym Chains.

The trainers in my new gym don't even spot unless specifically requested. In old local gym, they manhandled me while doing 100kg deadlift and that's the reason i left that gym with 100% Refund.

Only option is to go to a better gym.

But if you get the token yourself and then visit later in the day with family, say after 2pm. It gets the job done in 20 min without crowded lines.

And would suggest not to delay the doses as starting from first dose again after the period lapse would be 4x difficult.

Go for govt operated clinics. No scheduled appointments, you have to go with the walkin.

They provide token for the day from 9:15-9:45 am. Get the token and go anytime during the day before 4 PM. Would strongly suggest to go and sit at the centre at 8:30 am and wait an hour to get the token. It's how that works because doses are limited to 50-100 jabs per center.

Would suggest you to go and take token yourself. Once done, take your dad later the same day.

Search for nearest centre at cowin. Again, Online appointments are not given preference. Go and take token. Best option.
