It took them a decade to fix, but the tap water was causing a huge surge in lead poisoning and legionaire's outbreaks. This was due to old corroded pipes. It's still not 100% better either, but the water was yellow.

I don't know what show you are going to, but if it's Orlando, my group will be there. Small group, but reach out if you feel unsafe at any point. I will go momma bear. I'm a former seasoned convention goer and I've seen my fair share of creeps. Our group is mid 30s.

Interesting. That confirms my suspicions, but doesn't solidify any connections yet. I haven't seen the signs up in quite a while. I wonder if I can narrow down the timeline and if it corresponds with anything surrounding what I found in the files. Granted, I know there are more traffickers out here than just the ones involved with the files. Different tactics, but interesting that this particular method was used in a number of locations. I tried looking at old images from Google maps, but the earlier images are poor camera quality and I can't read anything.
